Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before sending your package. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. We do not offer returns, so please ensure your items meet our guidelines before sending them.

Upon successful verification of your items, CashNowTestStrips agrees to release payment within 24 hours of processing your package.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to sell items to CashNowTestStrips.
2. Ownership Confirmation: You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the items being sold or have legal permission to sell them on behalf of the owner. By selling your supplies to CashNowTestStrips, you transfer legal ownership of those supplies to us.
3. Condition Standards: We do not accept boxes that are opened, stained, soiled, or severely damaged. This includes water damage, ink, and marker. Boxes with minor damage may be accepted at a reduced price. Any supplies considered a safety risk, such as used supplies, will be disposed of.
4. Label Removal: We will remove any prescription labels from your boxes. Damages resulting from label removal may affect payment.
5. Product Integrity: Boxes with broken seals, altered expiration dates, or missing components will not be accepted.
6. Specific Product Requirements: Certain products, such as Dexcom, OmniPod, Tandem, and Medtronic items, must be in their original packaging with intact seals and matching lot numbers.
7. Expiration Date: Boxes must meet minimum expiration requirements as specified on our website.
8. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is based on the current pricing at the time of order placement.
9. Medicare/Medicaid Boxes: We do not accept boxes obtained through Medicare or Medicaid, except for CGM products marked “DME Beneficiaries” or “Government Payee.”
10. International Boxes: We do not purchase international boxes.
11. Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label. If you choose to use a different carrier, we will reimburse up to $10.00 per package.
12. Accepted Products: We only purchase products listed on our website.
13. Return Shipping Responsibility: If your items do not meet our criteria and you wish to have them returned, you must provide a prepaid, trackable return shipping label.
14. Check Issuance: Business checks are mailed Monday through Friday. Packages received on Friday or Saturday may be processed the following Monday.
15. Check Delivery: USPS First Class mail checks are not trackable and may take up to a week to deliver. We consider a check lost if not received within 21 days, in which case we will issue a new check.
16. PayPal Payment: PayPal payments are released within 24 hours but may be subject to a hold by PayPal for up to 48 hours.
17. Weekend Processing: Packages received on weekends will be processed on Monday, with payment released within 24 hours of processing.
18. Payment Dispute: You may dispute the payment amount within 15 days of issuance.
19. Wholesale Orders: Orders exceeding $1,000.00 are considered wholesale, and rates may vary. We reserve the right to refuse or negotiate rates for orders over $2,500.00. CashNowTestStrips covers return shipping for unaccepted wholesale supplies.
