CONDITION GUIDELINES

Opened

We do not take opened, or half used boxes

Stained

We do not take boxes that have stains or water damage

BROKEN SEAL

We do not take boxes that have a broken or glued back seal

EXPIRED

We do not take expired boxes or close to expiration date.

DAMAGED

We do not take boxes that are ripped, torn, or have writings on them

HOW TO AVOID DAMAGE?

Please do NOT remove your labels. We follow a careful process to remove them without damaging the box. We get rid of all your personal information safely.

You can use a black marker and hideout your personal information from the label carefully without touching the box.

WHAT WE DO TAKE

✅ Sealed and unopened boxes.

✅ Boxes with an expiration date of 9+months for full price.

✅ Boxes with no damage, stains or marks

📲 Send us photos at (602) 800-9040, we may be able to take slightly damaged at a discounted price.

WHAT WE DON'T TAKE

We do not accpet:

❌ Opened, half used, or expired test strips.

❌ We do not take boxes that are ripped, torn, have writings or are badly damaged.

❌ We do not take boxes that have stains or water damage

❌ We do not take boxes that have a broken seal

❌ Strips with pharmacy labels that cannot be removed.

⚠️ FOR MAIL ORDER ⚠️

If we receive damaged, expired, or ineligible strips, we will notify you and return them (upon request and shipping cost). Otherwise, they will be properly disposed of or donated.

💡We highly recommend sending pictures first so we can provide a revised quote based on the condition of the test strips upon inspection. 📲

To avoid issues, make sure your test strips meet our condition guidelines before shipping and please don't add any items to your shipping without letting our agent know previously to ensure we can take them.

If you'd like to include any additional items that weren't listed in your original order, please note that there is a chance we may not be able to accept them. In such cases you would be responsible for the return shipping cost, which typically ranges between $5 and $15, depending on your state. We understand that this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
