1. Free prepaid shipping label - As soon as we provide you with the label which we send via email or via text, print it, attach or paste it to the box you will be sending out, and drop it off at UPS. (if you require a different post office or different mailing service, please advise our agent first so we can process the correct label).
This first option is the fastest one since you won't have to wait for our kit to arrive at your address first before you send your items out. -Just pack your items, attach the label, and drop them off.
2. Free shipping kit - We send you a box with packing resources such as packing peanuts, tape and a prepaid label for easy shipping. Once you receive it you can pack your items and ship them back to us.

To avoid issues, make sure your test strips meet our condition guidelines before shipping and please don't add any items to your shipping without letting our agent know previously to ensure we can take them.
If you'd like to include any additional items that weren't listed in your original order, please note that there is a chance we may not be able to accept them. In such cases you would be responsible for the return shipping cost, which typically ranges between $5 and $15, depending on your state. We understand that this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
